Department of Education

MANDATED US Department of Education (USDOEd) IMPROVEMENTS FOR 2025:

  1. All Departments of education at all levels of government administration shall require that whenever a teacher/instructor disparages a student, that that student shall be allowed to be reassigned to a different teacher in that specific subject (Grades 7-12 and College/University levels). Students that perform/learn very poorly or receive a failing grade that counts for their final High School Grade Point Average (GOA) shall be allowed to repeat that failed subject and the failing grade erased/deleted and replaced with the student’s most currently achieved grade for that specific subject.
  2. All teachers/instructors shall be taught to initially all brand new textbooks (that are expected to be used for more than one year) be FIRST opened by Turing 10-15 pages from right to left/front to back in order to NOT BREAL the binders of those new books. All teachers/instructors shall further advise and demonstrate to their students receiving brand new textbooks how to properly first open all new textbooks and monitor this action’s completion.
  3. The USDOEd shall create/establish a national set of 1-K courseware in digital form and REQUIRE all schools (government and private) use ONLY this courseware for the teaching of all US students. This, so the information and knowledge of these courses can be immediately updated with the most currently known and globally-accepted knowledge from only professionally academically acreddited subject matter experts.
  4. IF the USDOEd is NOT needed to significantly improve all education in the United States, then it should be defunded and deleted as an Executive Branch entity. This deletion action is to be determined by the Department of Government Efficiency and approved by the current POTUS.
