MATHEMATICS:

Notations: The use of MANY symbolic notations (short-termed equations) instead of fully resolving, to only real numbers, all of those ‘notations’ contained in all advanced science’s mathematic equations… seems a waste of time and a limiting factor on a person’s actual understanding of a math problem or concept expressed with currently accepted and used mathematics.

Current ‘top-thinkers’ in mathematics and physics nearly always use symbolic notation to describe our universe, which seems a waste of a readers/observer’s time and such blocks understanding to the ‘average’ person.

For example: The sigma symbol ( ∑ ) is used to note a calculation instead of simply solving the calculation: The sum to be calculated, that is: [ ∑, bounded by I=1 & n=100: solve for the sum of real numbers 1 to 100 ]. Mathematicians: Why not simply SOLVE the symbolic sigma symbolic ( ∑) equation and write 5020? You won’t use any more black/white board space and others can understand faster and easier, the ultimate solution that you are trying to convey!

Another example: The integer symbol (Z) or ( ∫ ) is used to define the area (A) under the curve X2 between the points 2 and 3 on the X-axis with the lowest point of the curve is 0 (zero) on the Y-axis… solving the problem: A=f(x2)dx. Why not solve the integer notation equation/calculation and write: 19/3 or: 6.333 of whatever units are being calculated? This would be MUCH faster for a mathematician or student to continue examining the entire notation-filled math problem to reach and understand/use the entire problem’s resolution/solution. Mathematicians: REMOVE the notations (mini-equations) and simply SOLVE them and the entire math problem (string of notation-based symbology) becomes clear to all.

Problem:

It seems that mathematicians LIKE to demonstrating their own knowledge of mathematics… rather than actually solving the most advanced math problems and providing faster understanding and easier to gain knowledge to others. Remember that ALL mathematic problems are essentially only a combination of our current FOUR (4) basic mathematic operations: addition (+), subtraction (-), multiplication (* or x), and division (a/b). As such, it follows that we need additional math operations to be able to unravel the mysteries of the entire macro-to-quantum universe’s makeup? Recall that Dr. Albert Einstein mostly used Riemann mathematics for HIS calculations and that seems inadequate, and perhaps why no one has yet resolved our universe’s ‘Theory of Everything’ (TOE) in mathematics, physics, astrophysics & cosmology.
